3. User Accounts

4. Listings and Transactions

4.1 Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their Listings.

4.2 Acquireyet reserves the right to:

• Remove or modify any Listing
• Suspend or terminate any User account
• Refuse service to any User

4.3 The Platform acts as a venue for connecting buyers and sellers. Acquireyet is not a party to any transaction.

4.4 Users acknowledge that all transactions involve inherent risks and agree to conduct appropriate due diligence.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Listing and transaction fees will be clearly displayed on the Platform.

5.2 Payment processing is conducted through secure third-party payment providers.

5.3 Acquireyet is not responsible for any payment disputes between Users.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Users retain ownership of their original content and Listings.

6.2 By posting a Listing, Users grant Acquireyet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the Listing.

6.3 Users warrant they have the right to list and sell the businesses or assets offered.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting false or misleading Listings
Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Violating any local, state, or federal laws
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security
• Sharing personal or financial information outside the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Acquireyet is not liable for:

• Accuracy of Listings
• Successful completion of transactions
• Actions of Users
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8.2 The total liability of Acquireyet is limited to the fees paid by the User./p> 9. Dispute Resolution
